From Distress to Feeling Good

Let's talk about how you can help yourself feel better when your emotions are running wild and causing you all kinds of distress.
This is one of the first applications of the Pondera ProcessĀ® that I developed in 2014, and it has been very effective and helpful.

But since writing that book, we then developed the Pondera ProcessĀ® for the Vagus Nerve, which I shared with you in the last video. And what we're experiencing my students and clients is that when you combine the vagus nerve with this Process for emotions, the results are amplified and improved significantly. Both work independently, but when you put them together, you get four times the result.
 
So, let's talk about how you can use the Pondera Process to bring down the level of distress from your emotions.
The main principle here is that, by nature, your energy is designed to run smoothly through your system. So, think of a stream a stream where there's no rocks or anything, and it's just flowing along nice and smooth and peaceful and calm. But then you come to a place where there's a bunch of rocks in there. And then you notice that there's white water and maybe rapids and different things. So, there's obstructions in the stream which are causing the agitation to the water.
 
That's what's happening with your nervous system, or with your energy system. There are things that are causing you distress, whether it's an event, a person, a thought, a memory. Whatever it may be, you are feeling a disruption in your energy system when you feel any kind of emotional distress. It can become either agitated, as when you feel stressed out, anxious, that sort of thing. You're feeling the energy vibrating very vigorously. Or it can become blocked, or become frozen and stuck, where you feel more depressed and lethargic.
 
But the good news is that you can choose to smooth out your energy system, whenever you want to, by using the Pondera ProcessĀ® for Emotions. There's lots of other methods. This is the one that I found to be the easiest for individuals to use, and you just simply take that Process. You can use the audio, or you can do it on your own with the printout, and identify the emotion that you want to lower the distress of.
 
You're going to connect with that unconditional love from that which is more than yourself and you bring it down.
What's going to happen is it's going to reduce the obstacle, whatever it is that is causing you the distress. It will help to remove that obstacle so that your energy flows more smoothly. You feel more peace, serenity, calm, et cetera.
So that's what the Pondera Process for Emotions can do for you.
